Amman, June 25 (Petra) The Jordan Royal Armor School on Wednesday celebrated the graduation of the 102nd Basic Armor Officers’ Course, which included participants from the Jordan Armed Forces – Arab Army as well as officers from Qatar and Kuwait. The ceremony was attended by the Director of Infantry and Armor.
The 25-week course aimed to prepare and qualify participating officers by equipping them with essential knowledge and skills required to serve as tank platoon leaders within their military units. The comprehensive curriculum combined theoretical instruction with practical field training.
Course content covered a wide range of theoretical and applied subjects, including map reading and compass use, core specialization principles in maintenance, artillery, and communications, as well as organization and duties, tactics, staff responsibilities, and field exercises to reinforce leadership and operational skills.
The graduation ceremony was also attended by the Director of Military Training and the Director of the Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan Training City. At the end of the ceremony, certificates were distributed to the graduates.
