Amman, Aug 13 (Petra) – The Jordan Chamber of Commerce on Wednesday strongly rejected Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s statements on the so-called “Greater Israel vision,” describing them as false delusions and baseless rhetoric.
In a statement, the chamber said the remarks reflect the occupiers’ mindset and the ambitions on which their ephemeral entity is built, revealing fantasies, arrogance and lies aimed against Arab states.
The chamber added that the statements indicate a beleaguered and isolated entity, facing global condemnation for its crimes against the people of Gaza, its expansionist schemes in the West Bank, and daily violations against the sanctity of Al-Aqsa Mosque.
It affirmed that Jordan is stronger than the occupiers’ lies, plots and expansionist ambitions, and that Jordanians remain united behind their Hashemite leadership against any conspiracies targeting the Kingdom.
The chamber stressed that the extremist visions promoted by the occupiers will be broken against Jordan’s steadfast and historic resilience, while the so-called Israeli state will remain a transient occupation in history.
It added that Jordan, led by its wise Hashemite leadership, loyal people, armed forces and security institutions, will continue to resist expansionist projects, support the Palestinian people and their legitimate rights, and defend Jerusalem and its Islamic and Christian holy sites.
