Amman, Aug 19 (Petra) – The Ministry of Foreign and Expatriate Affairs on Tuesday held a round of political consultations with the Republic of South Africa, headed by Secretary-General of the ministry, Majid Qatarneh, and South Africa’s Deputy Minister of International Relations and Cooperation, Candith Mashego-Dlamini.
The talks, held in Amman, focused on ways to strengthen bilateral relations between the two friendly countries across various fields, including economic, trade, investment, education, and tourism, particularly religious tourism.
Both sides agreed to continue cooperation and coordination on issues of mutual concern, exchange support for UN nominations, and follow regional developments.
