Amman, Aug. 26 (Petra) — The Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army (JAF) on Tuesday implemented an airdrop operation to deliver aid to Gaza, with the participation of Royal Jordanian Air Force aircraft, alongside airplanes from Germany, the United Arab Emirates, and Indonesia.
Nearly 38 tonnes of food and relief aid were delivered to Gaza.
This raises to 164 the number of airdrops conducted by the JAF since 27 July, while total airdrops conducted with international partners reached 400. A total of 801 tonnes of humanitarian aid have been airdropped by Jordan’s air force since then.
