Amman, August 31 (Petra) – Ministry of Health announced activation of the e-appointment booking and payment system to conduct expatriate medical tests, starting Monday, September 1.
In a statement issued on Sunday, the ministry said expatriates must have booked an appointment online in advance before visiting the various relevant directorates to conduct medical tests.
The appointment is now available by accessing the Ministry of Health’s official website, www.moh.gov.jo, selecting “Book Appointments for Expatriates” box and completing the booking and payment procedures via eFawateercom system.
The ministry added that this measure aims to regulate the number of visitors and facilitate the e-payment process.
On its goals, the statement said the process would ensure smooth workflow under the new system, which aligns with the Ministry’s efforts to develop its services and improve the visitor experience.
