Oman, Sweden Hold Third Round of Political ConsultationsStockholm, 1 Sep (ONA) — The third round of political consultations between the Sultanate of Oman and the Kingdom of Sweden was held today in the Swedish capital, Stockholm.The Omani side was headed by Ambassador Munthir Mahfoudh Al Manthri, Head of the Europe Department at the Foreign Ministry, while the Swedish side was led by Michael Lindvall, Director-General and Head of the Global Affairs Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Sweden.The session reviewed bilateral relations between the two friendly countries and discussed ways to enhance and develop them across various fields. The two sides also exchanged views on a number of regional and international issues of mutual interest.The meeting was attended by some officials from both sides.— Ends/AH
