Amman, Sept 9 (Petra) – Minister of Government Communication Mohammad Momani affirmed that the security and stability of Qatar are integral to Arab and Jordanian national security.
In remarks to Qatar News Agency (QNA) on Tuesday, Momani said Jordan strongly supports the sister state of Qatar against the “treacherous Israeli aggression that violated its sovereignty,” praising Qatar’s prominent and impartial role as a mediator seeking reconciliation between nations.
Momani, who is also the government spokesperson, added that Israel’s recent behavior reflects extreme brutality and a loss of political direction, noting that Qatar’s courageous stance deserves full recognition for its efforts to halt the ongoing conflict in Gaza.
He emphasized that Jordan places utmost importance on enhancing regional security and stability and supports all efforts aimed at ending the conflict and achieving a just and lasting peace.
