Amman, Sept 9 (Petra) – Under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Ali bin Al Hussein, President of the Jordan Football Association, the national football team secured a 3-0 victory over the Dominican Republic in a friendly match held Tuesday at Amman International Stadium.
The national team dominated the game, with goals scored by Ali Alwan, Ibrahim Saadeh, and Mohammad Abu Zureiq (Sharara).
The match follows last Thursday’s goalless draw against Russia in a friendly held in Moscow.
These friendly matches are part of the national team’s preparations for the Arab Cup, scheduled in Qatar in December, and the 2026 FIFA World Cup in June.
