Amman, Sep. 15 (Petra) — His Majesty King Abdullah II departed for Doha on Monday to head the Jordanian delegation participating in the Emergency Arab-Islamic Summit to discuss Israel’s attack on Qatar.
The Jordanian delegation includes Prime Minister Jafar Hassan, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi, Director of the Office of His Majesty Alaa Batayneh, Jordan’s Permanent Representative at the Arab League Amjad Adaileh, and Jordan’s Ambassador to Qatar Zaid Lozi.
His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II was sworn in as Regent, in the presence of Cabinet members.
