18 Sep (ONA) — Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX 30) index today closed at 5,123.64
points, gaining 5.6 points, or 0.11%, compared to the last trading session’s
close of 5,118.07 points.
The
trading value reached RO 20,474,838, increasing by 53.2% compared to the last
session’s value of RO 13,360,609.
MSX
report indicated that the market value went up by 0.046% from the last trading
day, reaching approximately RO 30.14 billion.
The
value of shares purchased by non-Omani investors reached RO 1,143,000,
constituting 5.58% of the total, while the value of their sales amounted to RO 590,000,
or 2.88%. Consequently, the net investment by non-Omanis increased by RO 553,000,
or 2.70%.
