Amman, Sept. 18 (Petra)– The Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) closed Thursday’s trading session with a total volume of JD10.3 million and 4.6 million shares traded through 4,212 transactions.
The general index dropped to 3,082 points, down by 0.1 percent from the previous session.
Out of 100 companies whose shares were traded today, 34 posted gains, while 40 recorded losses.
At the sector level, the services index fell by 0.53 percent, while the industry benchmark rose by 0.29 percent, and the financial index slipped by 0.01 percent.
