Amman, Sept. 24 (Petra) – The total trading value of Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) on Wednesday reached JD8.3 million, with 2.6 million shares traded through 2,987 contracts.
The general price index closed at 3,030 points, up by 0.36 percent from the previous session.
Out of 85 companies traded today, 34 saw their share prices rise, while 21 declined.
At the sector level, the services index rose by 0.45 percent, the industrial index increased by 0.35 percent, and the financial index grew by 0.22 percent.
