Amman, Oct. 3 (Petra)– For the forthcoming academic year 2026, 175 scholarships are available to Jordanian students attending Russian Federation institutions and universities, according to the Russian Cultural Center (Russian House) in Amman.
“The scholarships cover undergraduate degrees (bachelor’s) and postgraduate studies (master’s, doctorate), covering all scientific, technical, and humanities disciplines, and at various Russian universities,” Center Director Ruben Gazanchian told the Jordan News Agency (Petra).
“For a small fee paid by the student, the scholarship also covers full tuition fees, including Russian language studies, and university housing,” he continued. Each student will also receive a small monthly stipend. This scholarship, which has been offered yearly for many years by the Russian House in Amman, is open to all Jordanian students.
According to him, individuals who are interested can select their universities and confirm that they are approved by the Jordanian Ministry of Education, Higher Education, and Scientific Research. Applications will be accepted until January 15 via the website education-in-Russia.com.
Gazanchian noted that a copy of their passport and academic credentials are needed in order to submit an application. The student should upload their marks from the last six months to their page on the application registration website if they are still enrolled in school or university. The student should print, date, and sign the questionnaire after completing it. Additionally, they ought to take a picture of the completed application and upload it to their individual internet account.
He underlined that any student who wants to apply for this scholarship can visit the Russian Cultural Center in the Jabal Amman area between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m., and that the center is prepared to help.
