Amman, Oct. 5 (Petra) – The Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) recorded a total trading volume of JD7.7 million on Sunday, with 5.1 million shares traded through 2,665 transactions.
The ASE general index rose to 3,050 points, up by 0.41 percent. The financial sector index gained 0.58 percent, the industrial sector rose by 0.41 percent, while the services sector edged down by 0.03 percent.
Trading data showed that share prices of 38 companies increased, 18 declined, and 33 remained unchanged.
