Amman, Oct. 12 (Petra) – The Jordanian U-17 women’s national football team will start its campaign in the Asian Football Confederation’s Asian Cup qualifiers on Monday against Bangladesh at 7 p.m. at the Aqaba Development Stadium.
The qualifiers feature 27 teams divided into eight groups, three of four teams, and five of three teams. Jordan plays in Group 8 alongside Chinese Taipei.
The group winner will advance to the 2026 AFC U-17 Asian Cup Finals in China.
The national team concluded its preparations with a final training session led by coach Jamal Al-Laham.
