Tokyo, Nov. 10 (Petra) — His Majesty King Abdullah II met with Emperor Naruhito of Japan at the Imperial Palace in Tokyo on Monday.
Discussions covered the long-standing ties between Jordan and Japan, which span more than 70 years, and the depth of friendship between the Royal Hashemite Family and the Japanese Imperial Family.
The meeting, attended by His Royal Highness Prince Ghazi bin Muhammad, His Majesty’s chief adviser for religious and cultural affairs and personal envoy, also touched on the strategic partnership between the two countries, as well as ways to expand cooperation, and the latest developments in the Middle East.
