Beirut, November 23 (Petra) – The Lebanese Ministry of Health announced that two people were killed and several injured in Israeli airstrikes on Beirut and southern Lebanon.
The ministry’s emergency centre stated Sunday that an Israeli strike on the southern suburbs of Beirut killed one and injured 21. Another person was killed in an Israeli airstrike on the town of Aita al-Shaab in southern Lebanon.
A Lebanese source reported that towns east of Tyre have been witnessing intensive Israeli drone overflights, extending into the airspace of towns in the western sector.
The source added that an Israeli drone was flying at low altitude over the city of Hermel.
