Ramallah, Dec. 2 (Petra) – Israeli occupation forces on Tuesday conducted extensive raids and arrests across several areas of the occupied West Bank, including the storming of dozens of Palestinian homes under the claim that the residents were “wanted,” according to the Palestinian Prisoners Club.
Israeli forces also raided the city of Nablus, surrounded a building in the western part of the city, and forced residents to evacuate their apartments ahead of demolishing the home of detainee Abd al-Karim Sanubar, who was arrested on February 20. The forces later blew up the apartment.
In occupied Jerusalem, settlers entered the plaza of the Al-Aqsa Mosque/Al-Haram Al-Sharif from Bab Al-Magharibah under the protection of Israeli police, where they performed provocative rituals and carried out “suspicious tours,” according to the Islamic Awqaf Department.
