Amman, Dec. 15 (Petra) – Public Security Director Major General Obaidullah Maayta met Monday with Japanese Ambassador to Jordan Asari Hideki at his office to discuss enhancing cooperation in security and exchanging expertise.
During the meeting, Maayta reaffirmed the Public Security Directorate’s commitment to strengthening strategic partnerships with Japanese security institutions across various fields, aiming to enhance national security and social stability. He also highlighted the longstanding relations between the two countries.
Hideki commended the Directorate’s efforts across its operations and emphasized the importance of continued cooperation and coordination with Jordanian security authorities.
