Tafilah, Dec. 17 (Petra)- Director of the Education Directorate in Tafilah Emran Lasasmah, in coordination with Tafilah Governor Sultan Madhi, on Wednesday decided to delay the start of classes at public and private schools until 10:00 a.m. on Thursday.
According to a statement issued by the directorate, the decision was taken to ensure the safety of students and administrative and teaching staff in light of prevailing weather conditions and the likelihood of frost and icy conditions during the morning hours.
The statement added that working hours for employees of the Directorate of Education will begin at 9:00 a.m.
