Ma’an, Dec. 17 (Petra) – The Director of the Education Directorate for the Ma’an region, Adnan Habashneh, in coordination with Ma’an Governor Khalid Al-Hajjaj, has decided to delay the start of classes in public schools to 9 a.m. on Thursday, while the Directorate staff will continue their work at the usual time.
The decision comes out of concern for the safety of students and both administrative and teaching staff due to prevailing weather conditions, including frost and icy conditions in the morning hours.
