Amman, Dec. 24 (Petra) — Minister of Transport Nidal Qatamin on Tuesday discussed with Emirates Airline Country Manager in Jordan Mohammad Bin Hafiz, ways to enhance cooperation in the air transport field.
The meeting reviewed areas of joint cooperation aimed at developing the civil aviation sector, in line with national efforts to improve air connectivity and support passenger traffic to and from the Kingdom.
Talking at the meeting, Qatamin stressed the importance of “strategic” partnerships with international airlines in strengthening the air transport sector and enhancing Jordan’s regional position.
For his part, Hafiz expressed the airline’s appreciation for the ongoing cooperation with Jordan’s official authorities.
