Kassala, Jan. 30, 2026 (SUNA) – Member of the Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC), Dr. Nuwara Abou Al-Mohamed, arrived in Kassala State Friday afternoon to participate in the General Conference of Native Administrations, Political Entities, and Armed Movements.The conference, held under the slogan “With Unity, Nations are Built – Unity is Our Only Choice,” is an initiative by the Nazir (Chief) of the Hadandawa Tribes and Head of the Supreme Council of Independent Mayordoms (Omodiyat), Mohamed Al-Amin Terik. It is sponsored by the Acting Wali of Kassala State, Maj. Gen. (Ret) Al-Sadiq Mohamed Al-Azraq, and supervised by the Peace Commission.The conference, scheduled for January 31 and February 1, is expected to witness significant attendance from leaders of native administration across the country in general and eastern Sudan in particular. It will discuss a number of issues concerning the east and Sudan as a whole.Upon arrival at the entrance to Kassala city, the TSC Member was received by the Acting Wali of the state, Maj. Gen.
