Amman, Feb 18 (Petra)- Saudi Ambassador to Jordan, Prince Mansour bin Khalid bin Farhan Al Saud, inaugurated the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud’s gift of dates to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, provided through the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief), in the presence of Royal Hashemite Court Chief Yousef Issawi.
The gift consists of 125 tons of dates to be distributed across various governorates. The initiative reflects the strong fraternal ties between the two countries and underscores the deep-rooted historical bonds linking their leadership and peoples.
On the occasion, the ambassador expressed sincere appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and to Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman for their continued humanitarian efforts and services to Islam and Muslims worldwide. He also commended KSrelief for overseeing the implementation of such charitable programs and initiatives.
