Ankara, February 20 (QNA) – Turkish Energy Minister Alparslan Bayraktar met Friday with Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak, who is visiting Turkiye, to discuss ways to enhance energy cooperation between the two countries, particularly in the nuclear energy sector.
During the meeting, the two sides reviewed the progress made in existing cooperation between their countries in the natural gas and nuclear energy sectors and explored new opportunities for collaboration.
Bayraktar emphasized to the Russian official that his country attaches great importance to continuing dialogue in the energy field, focusing on advancing ongoing projects and strengthening mutual benefit between the two nations. (QNA)
