Spot gold climbed 1.2% to USD 5,163.60 per ounce, its highest in three weeks. US gold futures for April delivery were up 2% at USD 5,184.90. Regarding other precious metals, spot silver climbed 3.1% to USD 87.10 per ounce, its highest level in more than two weeks.
