Amman, Feb. 24 (Petra) — Total trading volume on the Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) on Tuesday reached JD14.3 million, with 5.7 million shares traded through 2,428 transactions.
The ASE’s general price index declined to 3,604 points, down 0.61%.
The services index fell 1.17%, the industrial index dropped 0.52%, and the financial index decreased 0.34%.
Of the 84 companies traded, 16 posted gains, while 40 recorded declines.
