CairoO, March 1 (Petra) – The Egyptian national carrier, EgyptAir, announced the continuation of the suspension of its flights departing from Cairo to the cities of Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Beirut, Doha, Amman, Dammam, Bahrain, Baghdad, Erbil and Kuwait until further notice.
The decision comes amid the escalation of events in the region, which are affecting air traffic in several neighboring countries, and in light of the continuous monitoring of developments through the crisis room at the Integrated Operations Center (IOCC) in coordination with the relevant authorities and external stations.
EgyptAir affirmed that it is continuously monitoring the latest developments through the company’s integrated operations center to review updates, reiterating its commitment to applying the highest aviation safety standards to ensure the security and safety of passengers.
