Amman, March 03 (QNA) – Jordan strongly condemned the Iranian attacks targeting the United States embassies in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait.
In a statement issued Tuesday, the Jordanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates described the attacks as a flagrant violation of international law, as well as the 1949 Geneva Conventions and the 1961 Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations, which guarantee immunity for diplomatic missions and their staff.
The statement underscored Jordan’s solidarity with Saudi Arabia and Kuwait, affirming its support for all measures they take to confront the Iranian attacks, safeguard their security and stability, and ensure the safety of their citizens. (QNA)
