Doha, March 08 (QNA) – HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani received on Sunday a phone call from HE President of the Republic of Djibouti Ismail Omar Guelleh.
During the conversation, HE President Guelleh expressed his country’s solidarity with the State of Qatar and support in facing the Iranian aggression.
In response, HH the Amir thanked the Djibouti president for his country’s stance and highlighted the strong bilateral relations between the two nations.
Both leaders stressed the importance of an immediate end to escalation and emphasized prioritizing dialogue and diplomatic means to address outstanding issues, in order to preserve security and stability in the region. (QNA)
