Cairo, March 08 (QNA) – High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Kaja Kallas, expressed strong condemnation of the Iranian attacks on several Arab countries during a phone call on Sunday with Secretary-General of the League of Arab States, Ahmed Aboul Gheit.
According to a statement from the General Secretariat of the Arab League, Kallas addressed the Arab League Council’s extraordinary ministerial meeting on Sunday via video conference to discuss Iranian attacks on the sovereignty and territorial integrity of several Arab countries.
The message reiterated strong condemnation of the attacks, expressed full solidarity with the affected Arab states, underscored the importance of diplomatic solutions, and noted European Union efforts to urge the United States government and Israel to exercise restraint. (QNA)
