Doha, March 08 (QNA) – HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani received Sunday a phone call from HE President of the Republic of The Gambia Adama Barrow.
At the outset of the call, HE the President of the Republic of The Gambia inquired about the situation in Qatar following the continued blatant Iranian attacks, condemning these attacks and affirming Gambia’s support for Qatar.
In turn, HH the Amir voiced his appreciation to HE the President of the Republic of The Gambia for his constructive stances and efforts, commending The Gambia’s role in supporting Qatar and its people.
Both sides stressed the importance of prioritizing dialogue and diplomatic means to address tensions, in order to reduce escalation and enhance security and stability in the region. (QNA)
