Riyadh, March 10 (QNA) – Riyadh, March 10 (QNA) – The Saudi Ministry of Defense announced the interception and destruction of a drone east of Al-Kharj governorate.
According to Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the official Spokesperson of the Ministry of Defense Major General Turki Al-Maliki said that that a drone was intercepted and destroyed east of Al-Kharj governorate, located southeast of the capital, Riyadh.
The Saudi Civil Defense also announced that a drone crashed into a residential area in Al-Zulfi governorate, northern part of Riyadh, resulting in minor material damage and no injuries.
The official spokesperson of the Ministry of Defense explained that the relevant authorities began dealing with the incident immediately upon receiving the report, as it was found that the drone had fallen into the residential area and caused minor material damage, without any injuries. (QNA)
