UAE President, Jordan’s King Discuss Regional Developments, Impact on Regional Security

Abu Dhabi, March 16 (QNA) – HH President of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has met with HM King Abdullah II of Jordan, who is currently visiting the UAE, to discuss regional developments amid the military escalation in the region.

During the meeting, the two sides addressed the ongoing Iranian attacks targeting countries in the region, saying they constitute a violation of state sovereignty, international laws and norms, and pose a threat to international peace and security.

They also stressed the need for an immediate cessation of the escalating military operations and prioritizing serious dialogue and diplomatic solutions in addressing the various outstanding issues in the region, in order to preserve its security and prevent further tensions and crises. (QNA)
