Ankara, March 18 (QNA) – Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said Ankara has made intensive efforts to prevent the escalation of war in the region, while condemning all attacks that violate international law regardless of the party responsible.
He stressed that Turkiye, in coordination with its allies in NATO, has taken all necessary measures to safeguard its airspace and national security.
He added that Turkiye’s goal is to end what he described as an “absurd, unlawful war” as quickly as possible, emphasizing that Ankara is managing the crisis with patience, rationality, and a cautious approach to provocations. (QNA)
