Amman, March 18 (QNA) – Jordan’s King Abdullah II discussed regional developments with Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq Masrour Barzani in a telephone call on Wednesday.
King Abdullah stressed, during the call, the importance of the immediate cessation of Iranian attacks on countries in the region and reaching a comprehensive and lasting de-escalation through pursuing dialogue and diplomatic channels.
He warned of the risk of exploiting the ongoing situation in the region as a pretext to impose a new reality in the occupied West Bank and the Gaza Strip. (QNA)
