Riyadh, March 30 (QNA) – Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Jasem Mohamed Al Budaiwi strongly condemned Iran’s attack on a Kuwaiti Armed Forces camp, which resulted in the injury of 10 personnel.
He described the attack as “brutal” and a “blatant” indication of Iran’s hostile intent towards the State of Kuwait and the GCC member states.
Al Budaiwi said the assault on Kuwait’s military facilities constitutes a grave violation of the country’s sovereignty and represents a dangerous escalation that threatens the security and stability of the region.
He also expressed the GCC’s full solidarity with the State of Kuwait and its support for all measures it takes to preserve its sovereignty, security, and stability. (QNA)
