Amman, April 1 (Petra) — The Kuwaiti Ministry of Defense announced on Wednesday that the armed forces detected 3 hostile cruise missiles and 15 drones inside the airspace during the past 24 hours, and they were dealt with according to the applicable procedures.
According to the official Kuwait News Agency (KUNA), the official spokesman for the Kuwaiti Ministry of Defense, Staff Colonel Saud Al-Atwan, said that the Iranian aggression resulted in targeting a fuel tank belonging to Kuwait International Airport, and it was dealt with by the specialized teams, pointing out that shrapnel fell on a house in one of the residential areas without any injuries occurring.
He explained that a squad from the inspection and explosive ordnance disposal group affiliated with the land force engineering, in cooperation with the Ministry of Interior, dealt with a military object at the site, and it was disposed of according to the approved procedures.
