Amman, April 2 (Petra) – Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research on Thursday announced availability of scholarships offered by the Indian Centre for Cultural Relations (ICCR) at Indian universities for the 2026-2027 academic year.
These scholarships cover all academic programs and various specializations, focusing on digital economy, artificial intelligence, and advanced technology, given India’s excellence in these fields.
Regarding the application process, the ministry stated interested applicants can submit their requests and find all the information and details through the following website: (https://a2ascholarships.iccr.gov.in).
As for the scholarship benefits, the ministry noted the package includes tuition fees, a monthly stipend, health insurance, and university accommodation, adding that the the application period continues through April 15, 2026.
The ministry noted applicants must verify its accreditation criteria of their chosen university by accessing the link to recognized non-Jordanian universities: (https://rce.mohe.gov.jo/RecognizedUniversities).
Students are also required to comply with the 2023 regulations for equivalency of non-Jordanian degrees and the amended 2025 instructions.
