Amman, April 5 (Petra) — The Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) recorded a total trading volume of JD13.8 million on Sunday, as 4.7 million shares were traded through 3,812 transactions.
The benchmark index rose 0.4 percent to close at 3,651 points, compared with the previous session.
With mixed sectoral performance, the industrial index went down 0.81 percent, while the financial and services indexes gained 0.79% and 0.28%, respectively.
Of the 93 listed companies traded, 36 posted gains, while 29 recorded losses, compared with their previous closing prices.
