Hanoi, April 07 (QNA) – Vietnam’s National Assembly elected To Lam as State President for the 2026-2031 term, Tuesday.
Receiving an unanimous vote, the General Secretary of the ruling Vietnam Communist Party became the first official to hold both posts simultaneously.
The Assembly also voted for Le Minh Hung as Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. (QNA)
