Amman, April 12 (Petra) – Jordanian karateka Mohammad Al-Jafari secured a gold medal Sunday at the third round of the Karate 1-Premier League in China, marking a triumphant finish for the national team.
Al-Jafari clinched the top spot in the under-84kg category after defeating Italy’s Michele Martina 8-5 in a high-stakes final match.
The gold follows a strong showing by fellow national team members Abdullah Hammad and Abdel Rahman Al-Masatfa, who both secured bronze medals in their respective categories earlier today.
