Palestinian Seriously Injured in Israeli Fire Near Occupied Jerusalem

Occupied Jerusalem, April 16 (QNA) – A Palestinian man was injured by Israeli occupation gunfire during a raid early Thursday on the town of Beit Duqqu, northwest of occupied Jerusalem.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society said it was informed of a serious injury caused by Israeli forces during the raid, and that its crews were prevented from reaching the scene.

Confrontations broke out earlier in the village following a large-scale Israeli raid and search operation targeting several Palestinian homes.

The Jerusalem Governorate stated that Israeli forces detained a number of young men and residents, subjecting them to field interrogations, while at least one injury was reported during the confrontations. (QNA)
