Doha, May 24 (QNA) – HE Minister of State for International Cooperation Dr. Maryam bint Ali bin Nasser Al Misnad met in Doha on Sunday with Father Elie Madi, Envoy of the Patriarch to Doha and former Superior General of the Congregation of Maronite Lebanese Missionaries.
The meeting discussed cooperation relations and ways to support and strengthen them, particularly in the humanitarian and development fields, in addition to several issues of mutual interest.
HE the Minister of State for International Cooperation praised the outcomes of the existing cooperation, reaffirming Qatar’s steadfast commitment to supporting humanitarian and relief initiatives that contribute to the stability and development of communities.
For his part, Father Madi expressed his gratitude and appreciation for Qatar’s pioneering role and continued humanitarian efforts at both the regional and international levels, commending the country’s sustained support for vital development projects. (QNA)
