Beirut, May 28 (QNA) – Two people, including a child, were killed in an Israeli airstrike targeting a motorcycle near an army barracks in the southern Lebanese city of Tyre, Lebanon’s Health Ministry said.
Israeli warplanes also struck a residential apartment in Choueifat, Mount Lebanon.
On Thursday, UNIFIL expressed deep concern over the escalating violence, warning of growing civilian casualties, displacement, and damage to infrastructure, while noting that around 670 projectiles were launched on Wednesday alone. (QNA)
