Brussels, July 16 (QNA) – European stock indices closed mixed today, as investors reacted to corporate earnings results while keeping an eye on the escalating geopolitical tensions in the Middle East.
The pan-European STOXX 600 index closed flat, reflecting cautious market sentiment as investors awaited further corporate earnings reports.
Germany’s DAX index fell by approximately 0.53%, weighed down by the poor performance of some industrial and financial stocks.
