Riyadh, July 24 (QNA) – A Saudi ship was targeted while sailing in the Red Sea.
Saudi Press Agency (SPA) quoted an official source at the Saudi Transport General Authority (TGA) as saying that the Saudi vessel NCC MASA, operated by a Saudi company, was targeted while sailing in the Red Sea today, resulting in minor damage to its hull.
The source said the vessel continued its voyage to its destination after the safety of the crew and vessel had been confirmed.
The TGA source added that the continued targeting of commercial vessels constitutes a violation of international laws and norms that guarantee the safety of commercial ships and their crews. (QNA)
