Kuwait, July 27 (QNA) – Kuwait strongly condemned the attacks targeting oil facilities in Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Province and Riyadh using drones launched from Iraqi territory.
In a statement issued on Monday, the Kuwaiti Ministry of Foreign Affairs affirmed that these attacks constitute a blatant violation of Saudi Arabia’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, as well as a breach of international law, the UN Charter, and Security Council Resolution 2817.
The statement reiterated Kuwait’s full solidarity with Saudi Arabia and its support for all measures taken to safeguard its security and sovereignty. It emphasized that Saudi Arabia’s security is an integral part of the security of Kuwait and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states. (QNA)
