Prime Minister Dr. Kamil Idris met on Saturday with Nazir Mohamed Al-Amin Tirek, Chairman of the Supreme Council of Beja Independent Chiefdoms, in the presence of Prime Minister’s Adviser Nizar Abdullah Mohamed. The meeting discussed a number of national and social issues, as well as ways to strengthen social cohesion and enhance cooperation among different community components in a manner that serves the broader interests of society, particularly in the service and social sectors. In a press statement, Nazir Tirek described the meeting as fruitful, noting that it addressed several vital issues of concern to citizens, foremost among them living conditions and security.
