Prime Minister Dr. Kamil Idris met on Saturday with Nazir Mohamed Al-Amin Tirek, Chairman of the Supreme Council of Beja Independent Chiefdoms, in the presence of Prime Minister’s Adviser Nizar Abdullah Mohamed. The meeting discussed a number of national and social issues, as well as ways to strengthen social cohesion and enhance cooperation among different community components in a manner that serves the broader interests of society, particularly in the service and social sectors. In a press statement, Nazir Tirek described the meeting as fruitful, noting that it addressed several vital issues of concern to citizens, foremost among them living conditions and security. He also extended congratulations to the Prime Minister on the victories achieved by the Sudanese Armed Forces on the western front, wishing Sudan further progress and victories.BH/BH
