Kuwait, August 04 (QNA) – Kuwait Bourse closed trading on Tuesday as the All Share Index lost 66.76 points to reach 8,847.09 points, a decrease of 0.75 percent.
As many as 243.1 million shares valued at KWD 69.5 million (roughly USD 226.6 million) were traded via 18,342 transactions.
The Main Market Index went down by 318.13 points to reach 8,898.35 points, down by 3.45 percent, through 120.5 million shares done via 8,970 transactions valued at KWD 24.1 million (roughly USD 78.5 million).
The Premier Market Index lost 16.70 points to reach 9,295.38 points, down by 0.18 percent, through 122.5 million shares done via 9,372 transactions valued at KWD 45.4 million (roughly USD 148.3 million).
Meanwhile, the Bourse Main 50 Index gained 17.57 points to reach 10,191.16 points, up by 0.17 percent, through stock volume of 82.2 million shares done in 5,591 deals at a value of KWD 17.3 million (roughly USD 56.4 million). (QNA)
